Composition：70%RWS Superfine Wool 30% Cashmere
Weave: Flat knitting machine: 12 needles, single feeding; flat knitting machine: 9 needles, double feeding
After Finishing: A two-bath method, using a designated detergent, will give the optimum handle.
The first bath is designed to remove the spinning oil and residual dyestuffs and
The second is to mill the garments to the required handle.
The following recommendation is based on a rotary finishing machine.
•Water temperature: 40℃
•Liquor ratio: 20:1 (20 liters of water for every kilogram of garments)
Bath 1:
•5-10% of non-ionic detergent, based on weight of goods
• Run for 3 minutes, soak for 2-3 minutes
•Drain and rinse
Bath 2:
• 2-5% detergent, based on weight of goods
•Run for 3 minutes, soak for 2-3 minutes, depending on the handle required
For a softer handle extend the time in this bath
•Drain and rinse
•1.5% softener maximum
•Standard tumble dry 70-80℃ (60℃ for light shades), until dry. Do not over dry
The above washing process is for reference only and it needs to be adjusted according to different washing equipment and conditions. Moreover, there are many factors influencing the process, so the necessity of self-testing cannot be ruled out.
Color Fastness: If you choose a striped fabric with strong color contrast, it is recommended to specify the special color fastness requirements. If you have special requirements, please inform me in advance.
